ITINERARY

FRIDAY, JUNE 14, 2013

11:30 am – 12:00 noon   ===   Arrive at Maskat Shrine and register

12:00 noon   ===   Luncheon

1:00 pm    ===   Judging begins–Poise and Personality
(Wear what you are comfortable in and what is flattering on you and shows off your personality)

After judging, you will practice on stage for the Saturday Beauty Paegant.
Should finish by 3:00 pm

7:00 pm   ===   Oil Bowl Football Banquet (your ticket will be provided)
Dress is casual –  Sundress

Tickets will be  provided for you.
Tickets will be on sale at Maskat Shrine for anyone else who whishes to attend.

 

SATURDAY,  JUNE 15, 2013

9:30 am – 12:00 noon   ===   Arrive at Maskat Shrine
You will be escorted to Memorial Stadium to the TAILGATE PARTY
(Parents may pick you up at the Stadium)

1:30 pm   ===   Arrive at Maskat Shrine
Finish preparing for the Beauty portion of contest
DRESS IS FORMAL

2:00 pm   ===   Judging Begins
Invite Family and Friends
(Anyone can attend this portion of contest)

5:00 pm   ===   Dinner
From there you will be escorted to game
DRESS IS FORMAL (LONG OR SHORT)

7:00 pm   ===   Oil Bowl Football Game
You will be presented on the field
The QUEEN will be announced

You will be seated in Row 1, Section W3, at the Football Game.  If you have family that wish to sit directly behind you, they can use a credit card to purchase tickets for those seats by calling Maskat Shrine (940-766-4511).
